Natalie Dalton

For Natalie, art returned when she needed it most. During the upheaval of COVID—losing theatre, facing personal crises, and navigating life as a single mom and student—she rediscovered painting with just a simple tray of watercolours. Birds, raccoons, frogs, and river water collected in mason jars became her companions in creating moments of peace amidst chaos.

Over the years, as Natalie rebuilt her life, her art transformed. What began as light and simple scenes evolved into darker, more complex works—always exploring light in the dark and order from chaos.
