Creativity has always been a part of my life. It has expanded my perceptions and given me strength when under stress. Through the years, I have dabbled in photographing beautiful landscapes and creating wonderful jewellery for myself and my loved ones. I was lucky to have had a career in communications and marketing that called for lots of creativity. Now, this creativity has crept into my retirement.
I grew up in a distant semi-rural suburb of Montreal with summers in the Laurentian mountains. After graduating from university, I started my professional life in Ottawa, then spent a year in Europe before moving to Toronto, where I have lived most of my professional life. I now reside in the beautiful town of Carleton Place.
Away from my jewellery and photography, I enjoy walking along the town’s wonderful Mississippi River walking trails with my dark-charcoal coloured golden-doodle, Layla.
