Jackie Kavanagh

I’m a self-taught fibre artist, incorporating traditional hand weaving techniques to create abstract textured visual art. I am committed to creating unique meaningful artistry in each piece, focusing on compositions that have a vibrancy and playfulness to them. I get immense satisfaction from my weaving practice and hope that my artwork brings as much joy to those who experience them as they do to me in the making. I have participated in various art shows and events in the Ottawa area since 2021.
